We want you to be happy with Bumplog. If it doesn't work out, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription — no questions asked.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchased a Pro subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment. This applies to your first Pro purchase only.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@bumplog.com with the email address associated with your account and the approximate date of your purchase. You don't need to provide a reason, but feedback on why Bumplog wasn't the right fit helps us improve.

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days. The refund is issued back to your original payment method by our merchant-of-record payment processor; the funds typically arrive in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period.
  • Subscriptions that have already been cancelled and repurchased.
  • Charges for accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Fees or taxes collected by third-party payment processors or tax authorities.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions:

  • Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. This is available anytime from your account settings.
  • Refund reverses a previous payment and ends your Pro access immediately. Refunds are only available in the first 14 days of your initial purchase.

If you're outside the 14-day window but still want to stop being charged, cancellation is the right action — you won't be billed again.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — in most cases we can resolve issues directly and more quickly than the chargeback process. Accounts with open chargebacks may be temporarily suspended until the dispute is resolved.
